This poem "I(n)hale" (in italian Inspiration) grew thanks to a book I was reading and the joy I was experiencing because I was able to improve myself with the help of your breathing exercises...

I(n)spirazione

 

"L'andirivieni di quelle onde

inquiete e morbide.

La pioggia azzurra

leggera e appuntita.

Le stelle calde nella pancia

che, oggi, brillano al sapore del pane."

... So from her idea a new concept grew, as a natural evolution of my thinking:

I(n ex) hale ("Inspiration").

The physiological and soul breathing, as energy that travels through bodies, minds, souls, that leaves me, reaches us and gets back, changed, to start its journey again...
